I am a personal life coach and therapist with over 20 years of experience as a counselor and psychologist. I obtained my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology in 2001 after years of working in various capacities in the mental health field. In 2003, I became trained as a life coach through the Coaches Training Institute.

In addition to a private practice involving face to face clients, telephone clients, internet clients, and those that combine ways of having sessions, I  work in an inner city clinic with a very diverse set of clients.

My clients generally describe me as easy to talk to, understanding, insightful, creative, calm, straightforward and humorous.
